The service
iStreams provides access to a library of films, series and other videos configured by its operator. Features and availability depend on the library, your account, your profile, your country and the available media servers. These terms describe the intended service rules and should be read with the Privacy policy and Acceptable use policy.
Accounts and access
Give accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts may require administrator approval. A pending, blocked or unapproved account cannot access restricted library contents. Adults should manage and supervise profiles used by children.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected compromise through Contact. Administrators may review access or apply restrictions for security, content rights, misuse or other lawful reasons.
Content and permissions
Access to a video gives you permission to view it through the service within the permissions and restrictions that apply. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to copy, redistribute or commercially exploit it. Individual public-domain or open-license works may give additional rights; consult their source and license.
Administrators and uploaders must have the rights needed to host, encode, display and distribute the files and artwork they provide. Content metadata can be incomplete or inaccurate and can be corrected through the administrator.
Availability and playback
Streaming depends on network connectivity and the available source and encoded resolutions. A title may change or become unavailable because of rights, country settings, storage, maintenance or other operational conditions. Quality, subtitles and audio tracks depend on the particular file.
Do not rely on a kids-profile filter as a substitute for adult supervision. External sites and third-party media providers operate under their own terms.
Charges and subscriptions
These terms do not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Any future paid offering must present its price, payment conditions and cancellation information before a payment commitment is made.
Support, privacy and service changes
Use Contact for account, playback, privacy and content-rights concerns. We may ask for enough information to investigate or verify a request. Do not send authentication secrets. The Privacy policy describes current information handling.
Features and these pages can change. The updated date identifies the current text. Changes cannot remove mandatory protections that applicable law gives you.
Restrictions and disputes
The administrator may restrict access or remove content for a substantiated breach of service rules, security concerns, verified rights issues or requirements of applicable law. You can use Contact to ask for review.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The applicable mandatory law and appropriate courts depend on the operator, your location and the claim. These terms do not require private arbitration.
